摘　　要：为验证1株保藏的具有较强免疫功能的植物乳杆菌在预防低致病性禽流感方面的作用,以图有效防控H9N2禽流感的流行;本研究在口服及喷雾植物乳杆菌BLCC2-0125后,进行了H9N2病毒的攻毒,通过肠黏膜sIgA抗体、气管黏膜sIgA抗体、血清IgG抗体水平、IFN-γ水平及H9抗体对口服及喷雾免疫BLCC2-0125后效果进行了综合评价;结果发现,BLCC2-0125口服及喷雾的使用方式能够快速有效诱导高水平肠黏膜sIgA及气管黏膜sIgA的产生,并诱导了细胞因子的产生,激活了细胞免疫反应,同时还能够促进体液免疫的产生,IgG和高水平的血清H9抗体可中和侵入机体的病毒,以弥补对二十多日龄肉鸡全身禽流感抗体缺乏期的保护;因此BLCC2-0125可以提供黏膜免疫、细胞免疫及体液免疫的综合保护,为机体在病毒感染早期提供强有力的保障,为更有效的诱导全身免疫反应提供了基础,对综合防治低致病性禽流感具有重要的意义。In order to verify the role of a plant lactobacillus with strong immune function in the prevention of low-pathogenic avian infl uenza and effectively prevent and control the prevalence of H9N2 Avian infl uenza,chickens were administered with Lactobacillus plantaceus BLCC2-0125 via oral and spray routes followed by H9N2 virus challenge.The evaluation of its effectiveness was performed by detecting intestinal mucosa sIgA antibody,tracheal mucosa sIgA antibody,serum IgG antibody,IFN-level and H9 antibody.The results showed that oral and spray use of BLCC2-0125 quickly and efficiently induced high levels of intestinal mucosa sIgA and tracheal mucosa sIgA and stimulated the production of the cytokines for activation of the cellular immune response.At the same time,the use of BLCC2-0125 also promoted the humoral immunity.High levels of IgG and serum H9 antibodies neutralized the viruses to make up for lack of infl uenza antibodies in 20 days-old chickens.Therefore,lactobacillus plantaceus BLCC2-0125 enhanced comprehensive protection of mucosal immunity,cellular immunity and humoral immunity,and provided a strong guarantee for chickens at the early stage of viral infection,which was of great significance for comprehensive prevention and treatment of low-pathogenic avian infl uenza.
