摘  要:研究黄檀扦插生根过程中营养物质含量的变化,为黄檀扦插繁殖提供技术支持和理论指导。以同期生长的母树叶片作为对照,研究了从大量生根期到根系伸长期,插穗叶片中可溶性糖、总淀粉、可溶性蛋白、全氮、全磷等营养物质含量的变化。结果表明:大量生根期,插穗叶片中的全氮含量明显低于对照中的全氮含量;大量生根期到根系伸长期,插穗叶片中的可溶性蛋白、总淀粉含量逐渐升高,全氮、全磷、可溶性糖含量逐渐降低。这说明:低浓度的氮素含量有利于黄檀插穗不定根的形成;根系伸长期,插穗对可溶性糖、氮、磷的需求较大,可通过外部施用糖溶液、氮素和磷素来促进根系的生长。It was great significance for providing support and theoretical guidance for the cutting propagation technology of Dalbergia hupeana to discuss the changes of nutrient content in the rooting process.The changes of soluble sugar,total starch,soluble protein,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus content in the leaves of cuttings were studied from the rooting stage to the root elongation stage,using mother tree leaves grown at the same time as a control.The results showed that the total nitrogen content in the leaves of cuttings was significantly lower than that of the control at the rooting stage.The contents of soluble protein and total starch in the cutting leaves increased gradually,while the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and soluble sugar decreased gradually from the rooting stage to the root elongation stage.Low nitrogen content was beneficial to the formation of adventitious root of cuttings.At the root elongation stage,the cuttings had a great demand for soluble sugar,nitrogen and phosphorus,and the growth of roots could be promoted by external application of sugar solution,nitrogen,and phosphorus.
