摘 要:7度区某新建学校教学楼位于地震重点监视防御区。根据国务院第744号文《建设工程抗震管理条例》[1]的要求,应当采用隔震减震等技术,保证发生本地区设防地震时能够满足正常使用要求。为实现抗震目标,项目分别应用了采用黏滞消能器减震技术的设计方法和提高抗震性能目标的设计方法,均能实现设防地震时的正常使用。两种设计方法综合造价差异不大,但采用提高抗震性能目标的设计方法,其经济性稍优。通过两种抗震设计方法的对比分析,为类似项目的设计提供了参考。A school teaching building in 7-degree area is located in the key earthquake surveillance and defense area.According to the"Regulations on the Management of Earthquake Resistance in Construction Projects",such technologies as seismic isolation or absorption shall be adopted to ensure that they can meet the normal operation requirements when earthquakes occur in the local area.In order to achieve the seismic target of this project,the design method of improving the seismic performance target or the design method of using the technology of viscous damper can achieve the seismic target.Through analysis,it is verified that the two design methods can achieve the target.The comprehensive cost of the two design methods is similar,but the design method of improving the seismic performance is slightly better.The comparative analysis of two design methods provides a reference for similar projects.
