摘  要:抑郁障碍自杀风险的病因复杂,对其生物学机制的了解有限。研究发现纺锤体和动粒相关复合物亚基2(SKA2)与其存在相关性。本文从SKA2与抑郁障碍自杀风险关系的研究进展进行综述,为早期识别及干预抑郁障碍患者自杀风险提供理论基础。The causes of suicide risk in patients with major depressive disorder are complex,and the understanding of its biological mechanism is limited.Studies have found that spindle and kinetochore related complex subunit 2(SKA2)are mainly associated with suicide risk in the field of major depressive disorder.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between SKA2 and suicide risk of major depressive disorder,and provides a theoretical basis for early identification and intervention of suicide risk in patients with major depressive disorder.
