摘 要:混合式教学是地方本科院校教学改革的重要方向,过程性评价是旨在挖掘学习潜力、提升学习动力、发展学习能力的可持续评价。论文从混合式教学模式有效实施、教学方式变革需要,以及新时期高素质人才培养目标的实现等视角,分析了过程性评价的现实意义。从学校、教师、学生等视角分析了混合式教学改革中实施过程性评价的制约因素。提出加强思想认知,构建过程性评价的共同推力;强化制度激励,健全过程性评价的制度体系;加大资金投入,完善过程性评价的实施条件;改进评价方法,提高过程性评价的实践效果等对策建议。Hybrid teaching is an important direction of teaching reform in local undergraduate colleges,and process evaluation is a sustainable evaluation aimed at tapping into learning potential,enhancing learning motivation,and developing learning abilities.This paper first analyzes the practical significance of process evaluation from the perspectives of effective implementation of hybrid teaching mode,the need for teaching method reform,and the realization of high-quality talent cultivation goals in the new era.It then analyzes the constraints of implementing process evaluation in hybrid teaching reform from the perspectives of school,teacher and student.It finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening ideological cognition to build a common push for process evaluation;strengthening institutional incentives to improve the institutional system of process evaluation;increasing capital investment to improve the implementation conditions of process evaluation;and improving evaluation methods to enhance the practical effectiveness of process evaluation.
