摘 要:针对在高压差工况下汽机旁路调节阀噪声存在超出工业噪声允许范围的问题,采用混合仿真的方法对汽机旁路调节阀的流场和声场进行数值仿真计算,对汽机旁路调节阀进行CFD稳态和瞬态流场计算,找出产生噪声与振动的流场诱因。采用声流固单向耦合边界元法和IEC 60534-8-3标准理论预测方法分析汽机旁路调节阀阀后管壁外1 m处的噪声。结果表明,数值模拟与理论计算结果均满足标准规定噪声要求且相差仅为0.94 dB(A),验证了噪声数值模拟方法的有效性,可指导高压差调节阀的噪声研究。Considering the fact that the turbine bypass control valve’s noise exceeds permissible industrial noise range under high differential pressure conditions,having a hybrid simulation method used to simulate both flow and sound fields of the turbine bypass control valve was implemented.In which,having steady and transient flow fields of the steam turbine bypass control valve calculated to find out causes of both noise and vibration in the flow field;then,having the sound-fluid-solid one-way coupling boundary element method and IEC 60534-8-3 standard theoretical prediction method adopted to analyze the noise at 1 m outside the pipe wall behind the steam engine bypass regulator valve.The results show that,the results of both simulation and theoretical calculation meet standard noise requirements and the difference is only 0.94 dB(A),which verifies effectiveness of the numerical noise simulation method and guides the noise research of the high-pressure differential control valve.
