摘　　要：硒是人和动物必需的稀有微量元素之一,对动物成长发育及预防一些疾病具有重要作用。硒主要分为无机硒和有机硒两种,其中有机硒毒性小、环境污染低、生物利用率高,具有安全、稳定、吸收率高且环境污染小等优点。文章浅析了有机硒在动物体内的吸收代谢、动物机体需要量及其对动物生长性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化性能及机体免疫功能的影响等多方面的研究进展,为有机硒在畜禽实际生产中的应用提供参考。Selenium is one of the rare and essential trace elements for human and animals.It plays an important role in animal development and disease prevention.Selenium is mainly divided into inorganic selenium and organic selenium.Organic selenium has the advantages of low toxicity,low environmental pollution,high bioavailability,safety,stability,high absorption rate and low environmental pollution.In the paper,the research progress in the absorption and metabolism of organic selenium in animal body,the requirement of animal body and its effects on animal growth performance,blood biochemical indexes,antioxidant performance and immune function were briefly reviewed,so as to provide reference for the application of organic selenium in the practical production of livestock and poultry.
