摘 要:采用动态针捕集阱技术(NTD)与气相色谱/质谱联用,建立了快速测定空气中氯苯(CB)、对二氯苯(PCB)和1,2,4-三氯苯(TCB)三种氯苯类化合物的分析检测方法。确定了解吸温度、解吸时间、采样流速和穿透体积等关键参数,该方法检出限为0.000312~0.000592μg·mL^(-1),加标回收率为80.0%~114.8%,精密度(RSD,n=5)为4.12%~7.92%,线性范围2.00~50.0μg·mL^(-1)内对各目标物的线性相关系数均大于0.995,符合HJ 1079-2019的相关标准。该方法提取分析汽车喷漆厂房内空气中的三种氯苯类化合物,CB、PCB和TCB平均浓度分别为5.09、2.42和3.45μg·mL^(-1)。Utilizing the dynamic needle trap device(NTD)technique,a detection method of rapid determination of three Chlorobenzene compounds(CBs)-Chlorobenzene(CB)and P-dichlorobenzene(PCB)and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(TCB)in air by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with needle trap device(NTD-GC-MS)was developed.The desorption temperature,desorption period,sampling flow rate,and penetration volume are optimized.The limits of detection and the recoveries for CBs were in the ranges of 0.000312 to 0.000592μg·mL^(-1),and 80.0%~114.8%respectively.The relative standard deviations of the method ranged from 4.12%to 7.92%.And the linear correlation coefficient of the method for each objective is greater than 0.995 within the linear range 2~50μg·mL^(-1),which conforms to the relevant standard of HJ 1079-2019.This method extracts and analyzes three kinds of chlorobenzene compounds in the air of the automobile painting sites.The average concentrations of CB,PCB and TCB are 5.09μg·mL^(-1),2.42μg·mL^(-1)and 3.45μg·mL^(-1)respectively.
