摘　　要：成釉细胞瘤是一种罕见的牙源性上皮肿瘤,常见于颌骨内且体积较小。本文报告经典型巨大成釉细胞瘤1例,患者左下颌区有一肿物,左面部明显膨隆,CT检查可见骨质破坏及-6.4 cm×5.0 cm椭圆形瘤块影。该患者采用根治性切除术后效果明显,本文详细介绍该病例的诊疗经过,以期为临床诊治提供参考。Ameloblastoma is a rare odontogenic epithelial neoplasm,which is common in the jaw and small in size.We report a case of a typical giant ameloblastoma with a mass in the left mandibular region,significant distention on the left face,bone destruction and 6.4 cm×5.0 cm oval mass on CT examination.The effect of radical resection was obvious in this patient.This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment of this case in detail,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
