摘 要:为研究高校与二级学院建设创新团队的内在机理,运用演化博弈模型构建高校、学院与创新团队之间的支付矩阵,求解其均衡解,并通过MATLAB软件数值模拟了关键因素对高校创建创新团队的驱动作用.研究表明:创新团队的努力因子的增加可以有效提升学院的监管意愿以及学校的培育意愿;学院监管压力的增强有利于提升创新团队成员的努力程度;学校培育系数的增大提高了创新团队的努力意愿.[JP3]To study the internal mechanism of building innovation teams in universities and secondary colleges,this article uses an evolutionary game model to construct a payment matrix between universities,colleges,and innovation teams,solve for its equilibrium solution,and numerically simulate the driving effect of key factors on the creation of innovation teams in universities using MATLAB software.Research shows that increasing the effort factor of innovation teams can effectively enhance the regulatory willingness of colleges and the cultivation willingness of schools;the increasing regulatory pressure on the college is conducive to enhancing the level of effort of innovation team members;the increase in school cultivation coefficient increases the willingness of innovation teams to work hard.[JP]
