摘　　要：本文在《区域全面经济伙伴关系协议》签署为跨境电商发展带来重大机遇的背景下,通过对广东省跨境电商的发展瓶颈进行研究,并结合兰亭集势在物流推进、人才培养、技术研发、供应链管理等方面的发展经验,针对广东跨境电商在发展上的瓶颈进行对策探析,旨在为跨境电商企业的未来发展和规划提供引导。Under the background that the signing of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)brings great opportunities to the development of cross-border e-commerce,this paper studies the development bottlenecks of cross-border e-commerce in Guangdong Province and combined with Light In The Box in logistics promotion,talent training,technology research and development,supply chain management and other aspects of the development experience This paper analyzes the development bottlenecks of Guangdong cross-border e-commerce in order to provide reference and guidance for the future development and planning of other cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
