摘 要:为实现复杂结构金属零件高精度制造成形,系统研究了激光立体成形各工艺参数对熔道截面形貌尺寸的影响规律。结果表明,激光立体成形熔道形貌尺寸与工艺参数有重要关系。沉积层截面面积、高度和宽度随着激光功率、送粉速率和基板温度的增大而增大,随着扫描速度的增大而减小,随着离焦量的增大呈现先增大后减少的趋势;重熔层截面面积、高度和宽度随着激光功率和基板温度的增大而增大,与扫描速度、送粉速率和离焦量等因素关系不大。In order to achieve high-precision manufacturing of complex structural metal parts,the influence of various process parameters on the cross-sectional shape and size of the melting channel in laser solid forming was systematically studied.The result showed that there is an important relationship between the shape and size of the laser solid forming melting channel and the process parameters.The cross-sectional area,height and width of the deposition layer increase with the increase of laser power,powder feeding rate and substrate temperature,and decrease with the increase of scanning speed,and show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of defocusing amount.The cross-sectional area,height and width of the remelted layer increase with the increase of laser power and substrate temperature,but change imsignificantly with factors such as scanning speed,powder feeding rate and defocusing amount.
