高固含水性聚氨酯分散体的合成及黏度与稳定性影响因素的研究

摘  要:采用磺酸盐基团代替传统的二羟甲基丙酸/二羟甲基丁酸盐作为水性聚氨酯的亲水基团,获得了固含量达到50%的水性聚氨酯分散体。研究了磺酸盐单体的加量、加入方式以及氨酯键含量对黏度的影响。研究认为,磺酸盐属于强酸强碱盐,在水中有更高的电离度,使得更少的亲水基团即可获得与羧酸盐基团相当的离子浓度以及双电层,在稳定分散体粒子的同时,分散体黏度更低。实验表明,随着磺酸盐单体加量的增加,分散体的黏度呈现上升趋势,当增加到一定程度,黏度上升速率趋缓;磺酸盐单体采用扩链阶段加入(后加)的方式,可以在添加量更少的情况下,获得稳定的分散体;随着氨酯键含量的上升,分散体的黏度呈现先上升、后下降的趋势。The sulfonate group was used to replace the traditional dimethylol propionic acid/dimethylol butyrate as the hydrophilic group of waterborne polyurethane,and a waterborne polyurethane dispersion with solid content of 50%was obtained.The effect of the dosage of sulfonate monomer on viscosity was studied;The effect of adding method of sulfonate monomer on viscosity was studied;The effect of urethane bond content on viscosity was studied.It is believed that sulfonates belong to strong acid and strong alkali salts.With higher ionization degree in water,fewer hydrophilic groups can obtain the same ion concentration and double electric layer as carboxylate groups.While stabilizing the dispersion particles,the dispersion viscosity is lower.The results showed that the viscosity of the dispersion showed an upward trend with the increase of the amount of sulfonate monomer.When it increased to a certain extent,the rising rate of viscosity slowed down;The sulfonate monomer was added in the chain extension stage(post addition),and a stable dispersion could be obtained with less dosage;With the increase of urethane bond content,the viscosity of the dispersion increased first and then decrea sed.
