摘  要:针对三菱M701F天然气燃气轮机燃烧室建立三维全尺寸燃烧室物理模型,采用部分预混燃烧模型,对该燃烧室内的燃烧特性进行了数值模拟研究,获得了不同燃料配比工况下的流场、温度场和污染物分布情况。结果表明:该模型可以准确预测预混燃烧工况;燃料配比的调整对流场的影响较小,但适当增大值班燃料配比会增大出口面平均温度和NOx排放量。所以,在燃烧调整中应将燃料配比控制在合适范围内。A full-scale three-dimensional physical model of cylinder combustor for the Mitsubishi M701F gas turbine combustor is established in this paper.A partial premixed combustion model was adopted to simulate numerically the combustion characteristics of the cylinder combustor,and the flow field,temperature field and pollutant distribution in the combustor under different fuel ratio conditions were obtained.The results show that the model can accurately predict the premixed combustion conditions.The flow field is less affected by fuel ratio.Increasing the pilot fuel ratio will increase the average temperature of the outlet surface and NOx emissions.Therefore,the fuel ratio should be controlled within an appropriate range during combustion adjustment.
