党委纪委联动下公立医院应急管理体系构建探讨

摘　　要：探讨如何依托党委纪委联动来构建公立医院健全的应急管理体系。通过对公立医院应急管理体系的现状和问题分析,结合实证研究,提出了加强党建引领、纪委监督、领导小组建设、应急管理制度建设、应急演练和培训、报告和处置、应急物资保障、信息化建设、保密工作、宣传和舆情处置、检查和评估等一系列具体的建议和措施,为公立医院应急管理体系的构建提供有益参考。This article is aiming to explore how to build a sound emergency management system relying on the leadership and linkage of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection and supervision committee.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the emergency management system of public hospitals,combined with empirical research,this article puts forward a series of specific suggestions and measures,including strengthening the guidance of the Party Committee and supervision of the Commission for Discipline Inspection,build leading management teams,develop systems,emergency drills and training,reporting and disposal,the reserve of emergency supplies,information construction,confidentiality work,publicity,and public opinion disposal,inspection and evaluation,etc.in order to provide useful references for the construction of emergency management system in public hospitals.
