摘  要:公立医院作为国内医疗机构的主体,在引导患者就诊方面仍有很大进步空间。近年来,职业陪诊在多地发展起来,行业前景广阔。但与此同时,存在从业人员准入门槛低、主体权责边界不明、市场不规范和信息不对称等问题。因此,为实现缓解公立医院就医难问题,应推动激励约束机制的重塑,显隐性措施同步推进,激励优秀职业陪诊人员加入、激励公立医院采取多种新型方式主动提高医疗服务能力,以规制、惩戒措施来约束职业陪诊机构及相关人员。As the main body of my country's medical institutions,public hospitals need to be improved in guiding patients to seek medical treatment.In recent years,the occupational accompanying industry has developed in many places.It has a large industry prospect.However,at the same time,there are low allowance entry thresholds for occupational accompanying practitioners,unknown borders of professional accompanying subjects,and professional accompanying clinics.Market irregularities and information asymmetry are issues.Therefore,in order to achieve the problem of treatment difficulties,the incentives and restraint mechanism should be promoted to reshape,explicit and hidden measures are promoted simultaneously,and the addition of outstanding companions to the addition of incentive public hospitals to adopt a variety of new methods to actively improve medical service capabilities in order to take the initiative to improve medical service capabilities in order to take the initiative to improve medical service capabilities.Regulate and disciplinary measures to restrain professional companion agencies and related personnel.
