摘 要:介绍了长芦海晶集团有限公司制盐场的工艺驱动设备组成,对制盐工艺中的淘汰电机进行统计分析,确定了水轮额定功率11 kW的Y160M系列淘汰电机作为改造试验对象,系统分析了淘汰电机更新替换与升级改造的利弊以及能效发展趋势。简要介绍了淘汰电机系统永磁化再制造技术的工艺原理,开展了淘汰Y160M电机、节能YE3-160M电机以及节能改造永磁AB-160M电机的运行能耗对比,并对YE3型节能电机以及节能改造永磁AB-160M电机进行节能效果对比以及经济指标测算,得出淘汰电机系统永磁化改造在制盐领域具有一定推广意义的结论。This article introduced the composition of the process drive equipment in the salt making plant of Tianjin Changlu Haijing Group,conducted statistical analysis of the eliminated motors in the salt making process,and determined the Y160M series of eliminated motors with a rated power of 11kW as the experimental object for renovation.The advantages and disadvantages of replacing or upgrading the eliminated motors and the trend of energy efficiency development are systematically analyzed.The process principle of permanent magnetization remanufacturing technology for the eliminated motor system is briefly introduced,We conducted a comparison of the operating energy consumption of phasing out Y160M motors,energy-saving YE3-160M motors,and energy-saving retrofitted permanent magnet AB-160M motors.We also compared the energy-saving effects and calculated the economic indicators of YE3 energy-saving motors and energy-saving retrofitted permanent magnet AB-160M motors,and concluded that the phasing out of motor system permanent magnetization retrofitting has certain promotion significance in the field of salt production.
