摘　　要：文章以“英语公众演讲”课程为例,结合所用教材《大学思辨英语教程演讲之法》第五单元内容“Introducing and concluding your speech”,阐述课程教学理念及如何在此类大学英语通用课程中落实课程思政建设。The paper takes the"English Public Speaking"course as an example,combined with the content of the fifth unit"Introducing and Concluding your Speech",in the textbook Speaking Critically.It expounds on integrating the course and POA teaching approach and applying it in real teaching scenarios.Further,the paper discusses integrating ideological and political education in teaching.
