摘 要:在约定俗成的意义上,人们会潜在地认为教师这个职业比其他职业有着更为鲜明的道德义务,然而,教师职责与道德义务的复杂性,决定了这个理念的确凿含义亟待深入探讨。实际上,教师较高道德义务的关键,不是尽力防止差错以不受追究,而是对知识表达的语义进行最好的道德证成。教师需要脱离庸碌之态,立志谋求教书育人的卓著品行。这预示着对教师职责的判定与规约,在扬弃验证性道德尺度和秉持标准性道德尺度的基础上,应实现从教师道德义务向教师职业准则的转化。In the sense of convention,people may potentially think that the profession of teacher has more distinct moral obligations than other professions.However,due to the complexity of teachers responsibilities and moral obligations,it is urgent to explore the exact meaning of this concept.In fact,the key to teachers higher moral obligation is not to try to prevent mistakes from being investigated,but to make the best moral proof of the semantic expression of knowledge.Teachers need to get rid of commonplaces and aspire to seek outstanding conduct in teaching and educating people.This indicates that the judgment and regulation of teachers duties should be transformed from teachers moral obligation to teachers professional standards.
