摘  要:针对新钢高炉取消中心加焦之后为提产降耗引入鼓风脱湿技术的现状,对高炉操作制度进行一系列的调整:风量增加扩大风口面积及布局的变化;喷煤量增加逐步扩大矿批;装料制度矩阵改矿、焦同角为“焦包矿”的布料模式,在开放中心气流时适当疏松边缘,保持合理的煤气通路;理论燃烧温度的提高相应调整热制度、造渣制度。通过鼓风脱湿技术运用与生产过程中四大制度合理调整,使高炉各项指标迈上一个新的台阶。In response to the current situation of introducing blast dehumidification technology to increase production and reduce consumption after the cancellation of central coking in the blast furnace of New Steel,a series of adjustments have been made to the operating system of the blast furnace:an increase in air volume,an expansion of the tuyere area,and changes in layout.The increase in coal injection volume gradually expands the mining batch.The feeding system matrix is changed to a"coke wrapped ore"distribution mode with the same angle of coke,and the edges are appropriately loosened when opening the central airflow to maintain a reasonable gas path.The increase in theoretical combustion temperature corresponds to the adjustment of the heating system and slag making system.Through the application of blast dehumidification technology and the reasonable adjustment of the four major systems in the production process,various indicators of the blast furnace have been taken to a new level.
