摘  要:Spatial techniques can profile omics information while preserving the spatial coordinates of tissues.Compared with single-cell sequencing,the additional spatial information is vital in studying the intercellular communication underlying development and disease[1].In the past,spatial techniques can only capture one layer of omics at a time,such as transcriptome[2],epigenome[3–5]。
