泉州地区老年人血清胱抑素C生物参考区间的建立及其随年龄的变化趋势研究

摘　　要：目的分析泉州地区60岁及以上老年人血清胱抑素C水平,建立本地区不同年龄组老年人血清胱抑素C的生物参考区间。方法选取2019年8月至2021年7月在泉州医学高等专科学校附属人民医院门诊、住院和体检的60岁及以上的健康人群作为观察对象,按年龄分为3个观察组,其中60~<70岁组238人(男性149人,女性89人),70~<80岁组131人(男性64人,女性67人),≥80岁组189人(男性85人,女性104人)。对各年龄组观察对象进行血清胱抑素C结果统计分析,建立泉州地区老年人胱抑素C参考区间。结果泉州地区60岁及以上人群血清胱抑素C结果呈偏态分布;各年龄组间血清胱抑素C水平差异有统计学意义(KW=85.485,P<0.05),血清胱抑素C水平随年龄增长逐渐增加;同年龄组男、女血清胱抑素C水平差异有统计学意义(KW=4.427、14.895、5.852,P均<0.05),男性血清胱抑素C水平高于女性。泉州地区60岁及以上人群血清胱抑素C生物参考区间如下(P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)):①60~<70岁组:男性0.82~1.10mg/L,女性0.79~1.00mg/L;②70~<80岁组:男性0.96~1.36mg/L,女性0.77~1.07mg/L;③≥80岁组:男性1.05~2.12mg/L,女性0.90~1.75mg/L。结论老年人(60岁及以上)血清胱抑素C水平随年龄增长逐渐增高,同年龄组男性血清胱抑素C水平高于女性。建议各实验室要充分考虑性别和年龄的影响,分别制定不同年龄组男、女性血清胱抑素C参考区间。Objective To analyze the serum cystatin C level in people over 60 years old in Quanzhou,and to establish the biological reference interval of serum cystatin C in different age groups.Methods From August 2019 to July 2021,healthy people over 60 years old who were admitted to the People's Hospital affiliated to Quanzhou Medical College for outpatient service,hospitalization and physical examination were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into 3 observation groups based on age:238 of them(149 males and 89 females)were in the 60-<70 years of age group,131(64 males and 67 females)in the 70-<80 years of age group,and 189(85 males and 104 females)in the≥80 years of age group.The results of serum cystatin C in each group were statistically analyzed,and the reference interval of cystatin C in the elderly in Quanzhou was established.Results The results of serum cystatin C in Quanzhou's population aged 60 years and above showed skewed distribution.There were significant differences in serum cystatin C levels among all age groups(KW=85.485,P<0.05).Serum cystatin C level increased with age.There was statistically significant difference in serum cystatin C level between males and females in the same age group(KW=4.427,14.895,5.852,average P<0.05),and the level of cystatin C in males was higher than that in females.The biological reference intervals of serum cystatin C in people over 60 years of age in Quanzhou were as follows(P_(2.5)-P97.5)①60-<70 years of age group:male 0.82-1.10mg/L,female 0.79-1.00mg/L;②70-<80 years of age group:male 0.96-1.36mg/L,female 0.77-1.07mg/L;③≥80 years of age group:male 1.05-2.12mg/L,female 0.90-1.75mg/L.Conclusion The level of serum cystatin C in the elderly(over 60 years old)increases with age,and the level of serum cystatin C in males is higher than that in females.It is suggested that laboratories should fully consider the influence of gender and age,and formulate the reference interval of serum cystatin C for males and females in different age groups.
