摘  要:随着人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术在医疗领域的广泛应用,将AI技术与病理性近视(pathological myopia,PM)相结合的研究逐渐成为热点。在诊断分级标准和量化分割技术的基础上,通过深度学习算法重点对眼底相片、光学相干断层扫描等影像信息进行分析,实现了PM的早期筛查、识别诊断和监测的试验性效益。本文主要对近年来AI技术在PM领域取得的研究成果进行综述,并探讨其临床诊断与病情监测的应用价值。With the widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the medical field,researches on combination between pathological myopia and AI has steadily drawn greater attention.Based on diagnostic grading standards and quantitative segmentation techniques,deep learning algorithms concentrate on analyzing image data,such as fundus photographs and optical coherence tomography,have produced experimental benefits including early-stage identification,diagnosis,and monitoring for pathological myopia.This article will highlight the research advance on AI assistant diagnosis and conditional monitoring in the area of pathological myopia.
