摘　　要：打造高质量技术技能创新服务平台是高职院校推进“双高计划”建设的核心任务和重要抓手。文章在对国家职业教育发展政策演进的分析基础上,提出高职院校技术技能创新服务平台的发展逻辑。当前,高职院校技术技能创新服务平台还存在硬件建设水平不高、科研服务能力不强、校企协同育人效果不佳、科研转化能力偏低等问题。据此,高职院校应从提升平台硬件建设水平、提高科研团队服务能力、强化科研反哺育人能力、激发科研成果转化活力等多方面构建技术技能创新服务平台高质量建设的有效路径。Building a high-quality technical skills innovation service platform is the core task and important starting point for higher vocational colleges to promote the construction of"double high plan."Based on the analysis of the evolution of national vocational education development policy,this paper puts forward the development logic of technical skills innovation service platform in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are still some problems in the platform,such as low level of hardware construction,weak ability of scientific research service,poor effect of school-enterprise collaborative education,and low ability of scientific research transformation.Accordingly,higher vocational colleges should build an effective path for the high-quality construction of technical skills innovation service platform from the aspects of improving the level of platform hardware construction,improving the service ability of scientific research team,strengthening the ability of scientific research to nurture people,and stimulating the vitality of scientific research achievements.
