摘  要:在建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国背景下,提升学生的学习力是高等职业教育助力科教兴国、人才强国战略的重要努力方向。通过对高职院校英语专业大一学生的英语学习力情况进行调查分析,从学习动力、学习毅力、学习能力和学习创新力四个维度了解学生的学习力情况,发现多数学生具备一定的英语学习能力和创新力但学习动力和毅力不足,提出高职英语专业学生英语学习力提升应融合高等职业教育类型特色和语言学习特点,可以从融入职业理想教育、构建有效的学习环境、教授学习方法并培养终身学习理念、开展行动导向教学改革等方面进行。In the context of building a learning-oriented society and a learning-oriented country in which all people learn throughout their lives,improving students’learning power is an important direction for higher vocational education to contribute to the strategy for invigorating China through science and education and making China a talent-strong country.By investigating and analyzing the English learning power of the freshmen majoring in English in higher vocational college,this paper understands the students’learning ability from four dimensions:learning motivation,learning perseverance,learning ability and learning innovation,and finds that most students have certain English learning ability and innovation but are lack of learning motivation and perseverance.It proposes that the improvement of English learning power of English major students in higher vocational colleges should integrate the characteristics of higher vocational education and language learning,which can be carried out from four aspects:integrating vocational ideal education,constructing effective learning environment,teaching learning methods and cultivating lifelong learning concept,and carrying out action-oriented teaching reform.
