摘　　要：2023版CSCO乳腺癌诊疗指南基于循证医学证据和领域专家共识,考虑到国情及诊疗产品的可及性,在乳腺癌分类分层治疗的指导原则下,对乳腺癌的全程规范化治疗指南进行了更新和修订。该文总结了2023版CSCO乳腺癌诊疗指南早期乳腺癌部分的更新要点,并进行了详细解读。Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)Breast Cancer Guidelines 2023 were updated on the basis of evidence-based medicine and expert consensus-based recommendations.Moreover,the new edition has been modified under the guiding principle of classified and stratified treatment strategy,taking into account China s national conditions and the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment products.This paper summarized the updated key points in the early breast cancer section for CSCO Breast Cancer Guidelines 2023 and made detailed interpretation.
