摘　　要：2023年3月23日美国国家综合癌症网络(NCCN)乳腺癌指南更新至2023年第四版,相较于2022年第四版,在乳腺癌治疗方面做出了大幅的更新,该文对新版指南重要更新内容进行总结,通过结合最新的研究进展及循证医学证据对新版指南进行解读。Objective The National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)breast cancer guidelines were updated to the fourth edition on March 23,2023,which greatly updated the treatment of breast cancer compared with the fourth edition in 2022.This article summarized the important updated contents of the new guidelines and interpreted the new guidelines by combining the latest research progress and evidence-based medical evidence.
