摘 要:乳腺肿瘤主要包括乳腺浸润性癌、乳腺导管内癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤及导管内乳头状肿瘤等。对于符合手术适应证的乳腺肿瘤,手术切除仍是目前最重要的治疗方法。乳腺微创技术主要包括微创旋切手术、超声引导下消融术及腔镜手术,相比于传统开放式手术,微创技术具有手术切口小、术中出血量少、术后并发症发生率低、术后疼痛感较轻等优势,目前已经广泛应用于乳腺肿瘤的诊断及治疗。该文就乳腺微创技术在乳腺肿瘤治疗中的应用及进展做一综述。Breast tumors mainly include invasive breast carcinoma,endoductal carcinoma,breast fibroadenoma and intraductal papillary tumors.For breast tumors which conform to indications for surgery,the surgical resection is still the most important treatment.Minimally invasive breast technology include minimally invasive rotary surgery,ultrasound guided ablation and endoscopic surgery.Compared with the traditional open surgery,minimally invasive technology has the advantages of small incision,less intraoperative bleeding,low incidence of postoperative complications and lighter postoperative pain,which has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors.This paper summarizes the application and progress of minimally invasive breast technology in the treatment of breast tumors.
