摘　　要：胃癌作为当今世界五大肿瘤之一,手术是胃癌治疗的首选,随着医学的发展,胃癌的手术适应证不断扩大,老年胃癌可手术的数量增加。在老年患者这一复杂的人群中,围手术期衰弱已成为手术并发症和死亡的重要影响因素。判断衰弱的量表也随着研究的进行不断更新迭代。文章讨论围手术期衰弱对胃癌手术的影响,临床用于判断衰弱的方式及其优缺点,及围手术期衰弱评估的重要性和干预措施。Gastric cancer is one of the five major tumors in the world today.Surgery is the first choice for the treatment of gastric cancer.With the development of medicine,the indications for gastric cancer surgery are constantly expanding,and the number of operable gastric cancer in the elderly is increasing.In the complex population of elderly patients,perioperative frailty has become an important influencing factor of surgical complications and death.The scale of judging frailty is also constantly updated and iterated with the research going forward.This paper discusses the influence of perioperative frailty on gastric cancer surgery,the methods used to judge frailty in the clinic,its advantages and disadvantages,and the importance of perioperative frailty evaluation and intervention measures.
