摘  要:风冷气缸套散热片在加工螺栓孔的过程中断裂。通过宏观检验、化学成分分析和金相检验等分析了螺栓孔断裂的原因。结果表明:螺栓孔机加工区有大量过冷石墨和游离渗碳体,脆性很大,从而导致其机加工时断裂。The fins of air-cooled cylinder liner fractured in the process of machining bolt hole.The cause for bolt hole fracturing was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical compositions analysis and metallographic test.The results showed that there were a large number of supercooled graphite and free cementite in machining area of bolt hole which were very brittle,thus resulting in its fracturing during machining.
