专利聚类视角下高校技术创新热点研究——基于江西省12所高校新材料技术的分析

摘  要:高校创新是社会进步的引擎,而专利信息反映全球技术领域的最新发展动态和最活跃的创新技术。作为高新技术发展的四大前沿之一的新材料技术是国民经济的物质基础,其发展是高技术的基础和先导。为探究江西高校新材料技术创新热点,本文对江西高校新材料领域发明专利文本预处理后,利用k-means算法、组合分词方法与LDA模型、社区发现算法实现聚类并可视化分析。结果发现,江西高校在新材料领域的技术研究热点由最初的单一分散到之后的丰富多样,如今已经形成了以稀土材料、复合材料、碳纳米管、催化剂为核心热点,与吸附剂、钕铁硼材料、传感器等研究分支相互关联的热点网络,向着绿色、环保、可回收利用方向发展,紧跟当代环保节能的理念。Innovation in universities is the engine of social progress,and patent information reflects the latest developments and the most active innovative technologies in the global technology field.As one of the four frontiers of high-tech development,new material technology is the material foundation of national economy,and its development is the foundation and precursor of high technology.In order to explore the hot spots of new material technology innovation in Jiangxi universities,this paper pre-processed the text of invention patents in the field of new materials in Jiangxi universities,and then used k-means algorithm,combined word division method with LDA model and community discovery algorithm to realize clustering and visualization analysis.The results found that the technological research hotspots in the field of new materials in Jiangxi universities have been scattered from a single initially to a rich and diverse afterwards,and nowadays have formed a hotspot network with rare earth materials,composite materials,carbon nanotubes and catalysts as the core hotspots,and interrelated with research branches such as adsorbents,neodymium-iron-boron materials and sensors,which develop in the direction of green,environmental protection and recyclability,following the contemporary concept of environmental protection and energy conservation.
