摘　　要：以吉首大学2015-2019届统计学专业本科毕业生就业数据为例,从就业行业、就业岗位和就业区域3个方面分析了统计学毕业生的就业情况.分析结果表明,统计学专业本科毕业生的就业态势良好,具有就业行业选择多和就业岗位专业性强的特点.根据统计学毕业生就业现状,针对提升西部地区统计学本科毕业生就业竞争力给出了建议.Taking the employment data of statistics graduates of Jishou University from 2015 to 2019 as a case,this paper analyzes the employment of graduates from three aspects of employment industry,employment position and employment region.The results indicate that the employment situation for statistics graduates is optimistic,characterized by multiple choices in employment industries and strong professionalism in employment positions.Based on the current employment status,some suggestions are put forward to improve the employment competitiveness of statistics graduates.
