腭侧旋转结缔组织瓣移植在上前牙种植术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察腭侧旋转结缔组织瓣移植在上前牙种植术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年8月该院收治的80例上前牙缺失患者的临床资料,患者均顺利完成一期上前牙种植术,根据二期手术是否行组织瓣移植分为对照组38例和观察组42例。对照组采用愈合基台修复封闭技术,观察组在对照组基础上采用腭侧旋转结缔组织瓣移植。统计观察组结缔组织成活率,比较两组修复前后唇侧牙龈丰满度、红色美学指数,以及修复满意度。结果:观察组结缔组织移植成活率为100.00%(42/42);修复3、6个月后,观察组唇侧牙龈丰满度评分均高于修复前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组与修复前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后,两组近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头及软组织形态、颜色、质地等红色美学指数评分均高于修复前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复满意度为97.62%(41/42),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腭侧旋转结缔组织瓣移植用于上前牙种植术中,结缔组织移植成活率高,且可提高患者唇侧牙龈丰满度、红色美学指数和修复满意度。Objective:To observe application effects of palatal rotation connective tissue flap transplantation in upper anterior teeth implantation.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with upper anterior tooth loss admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients successfully completed the first-stage upper anterior tooth implantation.According to whether the palatal rotation connective tissue flap transplantation was performed in the second-stage operation,these patients were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with healing abutment repair sealing technique,while the observation group was treated with palatal rotation connective tissue flap transplantation on the basis of that of the control group.The survival rate of the connective tissue in the observation group was statistically analyzed.The labial gingival fullness,the pink aesthetic index and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the repair.Results:The survival rate of connective tissue transplantation in the observation group was 100.00%(42/42).After 3 and 6 months of repair,the labial gingival fullness scores of the observation group were higher than those before the repair and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no statistical differences in the control group before and after the repair.After the repair,the scores of pink aesthetic indexes such as mesial gingival papilla,distal gingival papilla,soft tissue morphology,soft tissue color and soft tissue texture in the two groups were higher than those before the repair,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the repair satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The s
