SMILE与FS-LASIK治疗中度近视患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)与飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)治疗中度近视患者的效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年5月该院收治的100例中度近视患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组给予FS-LASIK近视矫正治疗,研究组给予SMILE近视矫正治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后屈光度、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、表面麻醉SchirmerⅠ值,角膜后表面曲率和非球面因子Q值,以及眼疾病[眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)]评分。结果:术后24 h、6个月,两组临床疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,研究组屈光度、SchirmerⅠ值均低于对照组,BUT长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月,两组屈光度、BUT及SchirmerⅠ值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月,两组角膜后表面曲率和非球面因子Q值均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,两组OSDI评分均低于术前1周,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SMILE与FSLASIK治疗中度近视患者效果相当,但前期SMILE治疗的屈光度、BUT及SchirmerⅠ值水平和OSDI评分均优于FS-LASIK治疗。Objective:To compare effects of small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)and femtosecond laser assisted laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)in treatment of patients with moderate myopia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with moderate myopia admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to May 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given FS-LASIK myopia correction treatment,while the study group was given SMILE myopia correction treatment.The clinical efficacy,the diopter,the tear film breakup time(BUT),the surface anesthesia Schirmer I value,the posterior corneal surface curvature and the aspheric factor Q value,and the ocular disease[ocular surface disease index(OSDI)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:24 h and 6 months after the operation,there was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after operation,the diopter and the Schirmer I value of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the BUT was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after surgery,the posterior corneal surface curvature and the aspheric factor Q values of the two groups were higher than those before the operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,1 month after the operation,the OSDI scores of the two groups were lower than those 1 week before the operation,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:SMILE and FS-LASIK have the same effects in the treatment of moderate myopia,but the diopter,the BUT,the Schirmer I value level and the OSDI score of SMILE treatment in the early stage are better than those of FS-LASIK treatment.
