Protaper、MTwo、K File根管锉在隐裂性牙髓炎患者预备根管中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较Protaper、MTwo、K File根管锉在隐裂性牙髓炎患者预备根管中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年3月该院收治的165例(198颗)隐裂性牙髓炎患者的临床资料,根据不同预备根管器械将其分为Protaper组61例(68颗,根管总数111根)、MTwo组58例(73颗,根管总数125根)、K File组46例(57颗,根管总数101根)。比较三组临床疗效、根管填充情况、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、约诊间痛发生率、治疗后1年患牙牙根纵裂发生率。结果:三组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Protaper组根管适充率与MTwo组、K File组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);MTwo组根管适充率高于K File组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTwo组与K File组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MTwo组约诊间痛发生率与Protaper组、K File组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Protaper组VAS评分均低于MTwo组、K File组,约诊间痛发生率低于K File组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年,三组患牙牙根纵裂发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Protaper、MTwo、K File根管锉应用于隐裂性牙髓炎患者预备根管中治疗总有效率相当,但Protaper降低VAS评分、MTwo提高根管填充质量的效果明显。Objective:To compare application effects of Proteper,MTwo,and K File in root canal preparation of patients with cracked pulpitis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 165 patients(198 teeth)with cracked pulpitis admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to March 2021.According to different root canal preparation instruments,they were divided into Proteper group of 61 cases(68 teeth,111 root canals),MTwo group of 58 cases(73 teeth,of 125 root canals),and K File group of 46 cases(57 teeth,101 root canals).The clinical efficacy,the root canal filling status,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the incidence of interappointment pain,and incidence of vertical root fracture of the affected teeth 1 year after the treatment were compared among three groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups of treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the root canal filling rate between the Proteper group and the MTwo and K File groups(P>0.05).The root canal filling rate in the MTwo group was higher than that in the K File group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores between the MTwo group and the K File group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of interappointment pain between the MTwo group and the Proteper group and K File group(P>0.05).The VAS score of the Proteper group was lower than that of the MTwo group and the K File group,the incidence of interappointment pain was lower than that of the K File group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 year after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of vertical root fractures of the affected teeth among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The total effective rate of Proteper,MTwo,and K File in the preparation of root canals for the patients with cracked pulpitis is
