常态化疫情防控背景下武汉市医学生就业焦虑现状及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市医学生就业焦虑现状及其相关因素,为缓解医学生就业焦虑提供参考依据。方法:通过“问卷星”平台,在2021年10—12月,采用就业焦虑诊断问卷、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷进行问卷调查。结果:接受调查的318名武汉市医学院校毕业生就业焦虑得分为(77.98±6.857)分;单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、是否独生子女、是否有亲朋好友从事医疗工作的医学生就业焦虑得分差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,医学生的就业焦虑与社会支持的各维度、积极应对方式呈负相关(均为P<0.05),与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.602,P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、是否独生子女、主观支持和积极应对是就业焦虑的主要相关因素。结论:武汉市医学生就业焦虑水平较高,应给予足够的社会支持,鼓励采取积极的应对方式,缓解就业焦虑。Objective:To understand the current situation of medical college graduates'employment anxiety and its influencing factors in Wuhan,and to provide a reference for alleviating their anxiety.Methods:Through the"Questionnaire Star"platform,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the employment anxiety diagnosis questionnaire,social support rating scale,and simple coping style questionnaire from October 2021 to November 2021.Results:The employment anxiety score of the 318 graduates of Wuhan medical colleges was(77.98±6.857).The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in employment anxiety scores between graduates of different genders,whether or not they are only-children,and whether or not they have family members and friends engaged in medical work(all P<0.05);and Pearson correlation analysis showed that employment anxiety of medical school graduates was negatively correlated with various dimensions of social support and positive coping styles(all P<0.05),which was positively correlated with negative coping styles(r=0.602,P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,the only child,subjective support,and active coping were the main factors affecting employment anxiety.Conclu-sion:Graduates of Wuhan medical colleges have a high level of employment anxiety,and adequate social support should be adopted to encourage positive coping styles to alleviate employment anxiety.
