摘 要:氮化硅陶瓷刀具以其优良的红硬性和导热性成为切削镍基高温合金的理想刀具材料之一。本文利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)方式制备Si_(3)N_(4)/MWCNTs复合陶瓷材料,分析烧结温度(1550℃、1600℃)与多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)添加量(0~1.5 wt%)对其性能的影响。实验结果表明:增大MWCNTs添加量有助于提升β-Si_(3)N_(4)的转化率,降低复合材料摩擦系数;在1600℃烧结温度下,添加1 wt%的MWCNTs可使摩擦系数减小16.7%,有利于降低切削热,减少刀具磨损,延长刀具使用寿命。Silicon nitride ceramic tools have become one of the ideal tool materials for cutting nickel-based superalloys due to their excellent red hardness and thermal conductivity.In this paper,Si_(3)N_(4)/MWCNTs composite ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS),and the effects of sintering temperature(1550℃,1600℃)and the addition amount of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)(0~1.5 wt%)on their properties were analyzed.The experimental results show that increasing the addition amount of MWCNTs can improve the conversion rate ofβ-Si_(3)N_(4)and reduce the friction coefficient of composites.At 1600℃sintering temperature,adding 1 wt%MWCNTs can reduce the friction coefficient by 16.7%,which is beneficial to reducing cutting heat and tool abrasion and prolonging tool life.
