摘  要:为了实现热管冷却核反应堆系统(简称热管堆)的自动运行控制,对反应堆功率自动控制方法进行研究。以MegaPower热管堆为例,采用集总参数思想进行研究。首先,对热管堆堆芯进行等效处理,并对热管换热器主要参数进行设计、计算。然后,应用点堆模型和热阻网络法建立热管堆系统的动态模型,从而进行反应性扰动和超临界CO_(2)(SCO_(2))流量扰动下热管堆的动态特性仿真与分析。从快速满足负荷需求并保持SCO_(2)布雷顿循环安全、稳定运行的要求出发,以负荷跟踪和保持换热器出口SCO_(2)温度恒定为控制目标,设计了以需求功率计算为核心的控制算法。分别对不同扰动作用下负荷跟踪的控制效果进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明,采用所设计的反应堆功率自动控制算法可以显著改善系统的动态性能。To realize the automatic operation control of heat pipe cooled nuclear reactor system(heat pipe reactor for short),the automatic reactor power control method is studied.Taking the MegaPower heat pipe reactor as an example,the idea of lumped parameter is used of research.Firstly,the heat pipe reactor core is equated,and the main parameters of heat pipe heat exchanger are designed and calculated.Then,the dynamic model of the heat pipe reactor system is established by applying the point stack model and the thermal resistance network method,so that the simulation and analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the heat pipe reactor under reactive disturbance and supercritical CO_(2)(SCO_(2))flow disturbance can be carried out.A control algorithm with the demand power calculation as the core is designed from the requirements of quickly meeting the load demand and maintaining the safe and stable operation of the SCO_(2)Brayton cycle,with load tracking and maintaining the constant SCO_(2)temperature at the heat exchanger outlet as the control objectives.Simulation tests are conducted to test the control effect of load tracking under different disturbances,respectively.The experimental results show that the dynamic performance of the system can be significantly improved by using the designed reactor power automatic control algorithm.
