摘　　要：目的:评估在汉族女性骨性Ⅲ类下颌前突的掩饰性正畸治疗中,切牙唇舌向倾斜度对侧貌微笑相的美学影响。方法:将一名骨性Ⅲ类下颌前突(ANB≤-3°,均角型)汉族女性的90°侧面照用Photoshop软件处理其切牙倾斜度,获得4张侧面照。纳入120名在校大学生作为观察者(男女各60名)对照片进行评分,对得分进行T检验及方差分析(ANOVA)统计。结果:统计结果表明,上切牙唇倾7°及14°的侧貌微笑相较吸引人,上切牙唇倾0°及21°的侧貌微笑相不吸引人(P<0.01),男女组间差异P>0.05。结论:对轻中度骨性Ⅲ类下颌前突的均角型汉族女性患者进行掩饰性正畸治疗时,上切牙唇倾7°或14°,下切牙与之保持正常覆[牙合]覆盖,美学效果较理想;过度直立或唇倾的上切牙及相应下切牙组合的美学效果不佳。Objective:To evaluate the esthetic effects of compensatory labiolingual inclination of incisors on the profile smile in the camouflage orthodontic treatment of the Han-Chinese female with skeletal classⅢprognathism.Methods:A 90°profile photo of a young Han female with the skeletal ClassⅢprognathism(ANB≤-3°,average-angle pattern)was taken,then the Adobe Photoshop software was used to adjust the image into 4 gradient with different tilt angle of the incisors.120 undergraduates were included as the observes(60 females and 60 males)to grade the 4 photographs in esthetic,and the scores were analyzed by T-test and analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results:The upper incisor with the labial inclination of 7°and 14°was more attractive,while the upper incisor with the labial inclination of 0°and 21°was not attractive(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between male and female groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with mild to moderate skeletal ClassⅢprognathism,average-angle pattern,7°or 14°labial inclination of upper incisors with the normal overjet and overbite kept by lower incisors will obtain the attractive profile smile esthetic evaluation of camouflage treatment;the esthetic effects will be reduced in the cases with excessive labial inclination and over-orthostatic upper incisors with relative lower incisors.
