螺纹钉辅助软组织固位的根向复位瓣术在种植术后角化黏膜修整增宽1例

摘　　要：针对下颌后牙种植一期术后颊侧角化黏膜不足1mm的1名患者,进行螺纹钉辅助软组织固位的根向复位瓣术,同期行种植二期手术。术后1月复诊,颊侧角化黏膜宽度增至4mm,同时软组织增量位置的可确定性大大提高,手术难度降低,完成修复后取得理想的种植修复效果,患者舒适度提高。Screw-assisted soft tissue fixation combined with apically repositioned flap was performed in a patient with inadequate keratinized mucosa(width<1 mm)after phase I implantation of mandibular posterior teeth,and phase II implantation was performed at the same time.1 month after operation the keratinized gingival width was increased by 3-4 mm,while the determinability of the soft tissue increment position was greatly improved.The surgical difficulty was reduced,and the final restoration was completed with ideal implant restoration and the patient comfort was improved.
