摘　　要：伴有严重冠根弯曲的上颌中切牙临床治疗复杂、周期长,预期效果难以确定。该文报道1例上颌中切牙因外伤导致的重度冠根弯曲患者,经过适时、适宜临床正畸助萌,牙根得到持续良好地发育,并针对治疗过程重点作出相应的文献复习。The clinical treatment of maxillary central incisor with severe crown root curvature is complex and time consuming,and the treatment effect is not predictable.This paper reports a case with severe crown root bending of maxillary central incisor caused by trauma.After timely and appropriate clinical orthodontic treatment,the root developed well.The corresponding literature review was focused on the treatment process.
