摘　　要：可持续发展是全球发展的组织原则,涵盖经济、社会和生态的可持续发展。联合国将可持续发展目标的重点从初等和中等教育扩大到高等教育,高等教育被纳入全球发展议程。高等教育既是全球可持续发展议程中优质教育目标的重要内容,也是实现所有目标的核心支柱。《变革我们的世界:2030年可持续发展议程》要求高等教育成为实现整套可持续发展目标的驱动力,高等教育需在经济增长、社会福祉和生态环境三个维度实现价值创造。全球范围内高等教育促进可持续发展的相关政策和举措可以归纳为:将可持续发展目标纳入机构制度框架、将可持续发展目标纳入课程体系、合作开展研究为可持续发展提供解决方案、加入全球可持续发展网络联盟以及评估与监测可持续发展进程。中国作为世界高等教育大国,在凝聚可持续发展全球共识、主动制定国别方案、推进高等学校能力建设以及促进可持续发展全球合作等方面,彰显了促进可持续发展目标的积极贡献,为实现2030年可持续发展议程提供了中国经验。Sustainable development,the organizational principle of global development,covers economic,social and ecological and other aspects.The United Nations has expanded the focus of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)from primary and secondary education to higher education,with higher education included in the global development agenda.Higher education is important for the goal of high-quality education in the global sustainable development agenda,and a central pillar in the achievement of all the goals.According to Transforming Our World:The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,higher education needs to serve as a drive for the achievement of the entire set of SDGs,and create value in three dimensions:economic growth,social well-being,and the ecological environment.Relevant policies and measures in higher education for sustainable development across the globe can boil down to the following:integrating SDGs into both institutional frameworks and curricula,collaborating on research to provide solutions to sustainable development,joining global alliances of sustainable development networks,and assessing and monitoring the sustainable development process.As a large country for higher education in the world,China has demonstrated its efforts to promote the SDGs by building a global consensus on sustainable development,taking the initiative to develop national programs,promoting capacity building in universities,and improving global cooperation in sustainable development,and this provides Chinese experience for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
