摘  要:目的探讨上消化道出血严重程度与血清6-酮前列腺素F1α、丙二醛水平的相关性。方法选取四川省司法警官总医院2019年1月-2021年5月收治的386例上消化道出血患者,按照严重程度分为一般组204例和严重组182例,比较其血清6酮前列腺素F1α、丙二醛水平。结果严重组患者血清6-Keto-PGF1α水平明显低于一般组(P<0.05),MDA水平明显高于一般组(P<0.05);NSAIDs使用、Hp感染、吸烟史、饮酒史、不健康饮食、胃部疾病、不良情绪均是引发上消化道出血的危险因素(P<0.05);血清6-Keto-PGF1α水平与NSAIDs使用、HP感染、胃部疾病呈负相关(P<0.05);血清MDA水平与NSAIDs使用、Hp感染、胃部疾病呈正相关(P<0.05);血清6-Keto-PGF1α及MDA水平与上消化道出血严重程度有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论不同严重程度上消化道出血患者,其血清6-Keto-PGF1α及MDA水平也有所差异,且两者之间具有显著相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and serum levels of 6-ketoprostanin F1αand malondialdehyde(MDA).Methods A total of 386patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2019to May 2021were selected and divided into the general group(n=204)and the severe group(N=182)according to their severity.The serum levels of 6-ketoprostatin F1αand malondialdehyde(MDA)in the two groups were compared to analyze the influencing factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Correlation between the severity of gastrointestinal bleeding and the levels of serum 6-ketoprostaglandin F1αand MDA.Results The level of serum 6-Keto-PGF1αin severe group was significantly lower than that in general group(P<0.05),and the level of MDA was significantly higher than that in general group(P<0.05).NSAIDs use,Hp infection,smoking history,drinking history,unhealthy diet,stomach disease and bad mood were all risk factors for upper gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05).Serum 6-Keto-PGF1αlevel was negatively correlated with NSAIDs use,HP infection and gastric disease(P<0.05);serum MDA level was positively correlated with NSAIDs use,HP infection and gastric disease(P<0.05);Serum 6-Keto-PGF1αand MDA levels were significantly correlated with the severity of upper gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum 6-Keto-PGF1αand MDA in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding of different severity are also different,and there is a significant correlation between them.
