摘  要:针对电动自动叉车的使用情况,重新规划了电动叉车的结构和控制系统。在结构方面进行建模,详细分析自动电动叉车的受力情况,科学给出方案。根据叉车工作的实际环境,绘制出与实际一样的详细地图,不断试验规划处最佳的运输路线。本研究能够很好改善自动电动叉车的使用情况,既能够满足工厂的相应需求,还能够提高运输物料的效率。The structure and control system of the electric forklift truck are re-planned for the use of the electric automatic forklift truck.Modelling is carried out in terms of structure,the force situation of the automatic electric forklift truck is analysed in detail and the plan is given scientifically.Based on the actual environment in which the forklift works,a detailed map is drawn up as in reality,and the best transport routes are planned at constant trials.This study can well improve the use of automatic electric forklifts,both to meet the corresponding needs of the factory and to increase the efficiency of transporting materials.
