摘　　要：为契合医学教育发展新趋势,适应临床医学专业培养新要求,南京医科大学推广双向整合案例(PBL)+临床整合案例(CBL)教学模式,建立并运行PBL+CBL整合案例教学的系统化管理机制。该文就建立PBL+CBL整合案例教学系统化管理机制的路径、该机制的创新特色、该机制运行下可以解决完善的教学问题和运行成效展开研究探讨并做系统阐述。PBL+CBL整合案例教学系统化管理机制的建立和运行较好地解决教学管理、师资力量、教学资源等问题,达成提升学生综合素质与能力的目标,同时加强教学管理队伍的建设,有效提升教学管理水平,为促进学校各项教学工作的发展、进一步优化本科医学教育体系、推进教学改革实施及提升教学改革成效提供理论支撑和实践依据。In order to conform to the new trend of medical education development and meet the new requirements of clinical medicine specialty training,Nanjing Medical University promotes the teaching mode of bi-directional integrated case(PBL)+clinical integrated case(CBL),establishes and operates the systematic management mechanism of PBL+CBL integrated case teaching.A systematic study and discussion were carried out that how to establish a PBL+CBL case teaching systematic management mechanism path,the innovation and the characteristics of the mechanism,the teaching problems solved and improved by the mechanism,and the operation results of the mechanism.This study was made to provide theoretical support and practical basis for further optimizing the undergraduate medical education system,promoting the reform of teaching reform and improving teaching results.
