摘　　要：目的研究肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)、跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶(Matriptase)和β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达,探讨三者在子宫内膜样腺癌发生、发展中的作用、可能机制及其相关性,并分析三种蛋白与患者临床病理资料之间的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学方法检测HDGF、Matriptase和β-catenin蛋白在116例子宫内膜样腺癌组织及102例增殖期子宫内膜组织中的表达,并运用SPSS19.0版软件处理数据,分析其是否有统计学意义及三者的相关性。结果HDGF、Matriptase和β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达率分别为92.2%(107/116)、84.5%(98/116)、87.9%(102/116),而在增殖期子宫内膜组织中的表达率分别为24.5%(25/102)、31.4%(32/102)、10.8%(10/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中HDGF、Matriptase的表达与子宫内膜样腺癌患者的脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、组织学分级、浸润深度、临床分期无关(P>0.05);β-catenin的表达与子宫内膜样腺癌患者的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、脉管侵犯、组织学分级、浸润深度及临床分期无关(P>0.05);HDGF与Matriptase呈正相关(r=0.588,P=0.001);HDGF与β-catenin呈正相关(r=0.189,P=0.042);Matriptase与β-catenin呈正相关(r=0.207,P=0.026)。结论HDGF、Matriptase和β-catenin在子宫内膜样腺癌中的高表达状态及三者之间的正相关关系促进了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生与发展,并与脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移等临床病理资料相关,提示对HDGF、Matriptase和β-catenin蛋白的检测有助于子宫内膜样腺癌的精准诊断及有效评估患者的预后,并为临床靶向治疗提供新的方向。Objective To investigate the expression of HDGF,Matriptase andβ-catenin in endometrial carcinoma and proliferative endometrium tissues;and to explore their roles,possible mechanisms and correlation in the development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HDGF,Matriptase andβ-catenin in 116 endometrial carcinoma tissues and 102 proliferative endometrium tissues,and SPSS19.0 software was used to process the data.Results The expression rates of HDGF,Matriptase andβ-catenin in endometrial carcinoma tissues were 92.2%(107/116),84.5%(98/116)and 87.9%(102/116),respectively;while in proliferative endometrium tissues were 24.5%(25/102),31.4%(32/102)and 10.8%(10/102),respectively;while the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of HDGF and Matriptase were correlated with vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis,but not with age,histological grade,depth of invasion or clinical stage.The expression ofβ-catenin was correlated with lymph node metastasis,but not with age,vascular invasion,histological grade,depth of invasion or clinical stage.HDGF was positively correlated with Matriptase(r=0.588,P=0.001).HDGF was positively correlated withβ-catenin(r=0.189,P=0.042).Matriptase was positively correlated withβ-catenin(r=0.207,P=0.026).Conclusion The high expression of HDGF,Matriptase andβ-catenin in endometrial carcinoma tissues and their positive correlation promote the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,and are correlated to vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis;suggesting that the detection of HDGF,Matriptase andβ-catenin may be helpful to the accurate diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
