摘  要:高等教育新管理主义源于高等教育市场导向、大学评价范式转向以及国际组织推动,它通过引入审计评估与绩效问责制度,把大学重组为面向市场竞争的服务性企业,并将大学的办学使命导向新的市场认知空间和企业规范秩序,由此导致大学传统办学理念变得扭曲、高等教育治理体系受到挑战以及师生利益群体关系出现异化等现实困境。为此,需要秉持大学自治和学术自由的办学理念,重塑高等教育发展愿景、完善现代大学治理体系以及遵循开放多元办学使命,以实现高等教育新管理主义的价值超越。The new managerialism of higher education originates from the market orientation of higher education,the paradigm shift of university evaluation and the help of international organizations.It restructures universities into service-oriented enterprises facing market competition by introducing audit evaluation and performance accountability systems.The mission of running a school leads to a new market cognition space and corporate normative order,which leads to the distortion of the traditional school-running concept of the university,the challenge of the higher education governance system,and the alienation of the relationship between the interest groups of teachers and students.To this end,it is necessary to uphold the school-running philosophy of university autonomy and aca-demic freedom,reshape the vision of higher education development,improve the modern university governance system,and follow the mission of open and diverse education,so as to realize the value transcendence of new managerialism in higher education.
