摘　　要：学科交叉是我国科学技术突破的主要方式,人才则是推动学科融合的紧要资源。培养跨学科人才,必须发挥跨学科平台和基地的协调效应。将产教融合创新平台和产教融合研究生联合培养基地作为协调主体参与跨学科人才培养,实现常态化协作性和可持续发展。以数字化技术为引领,以师资生源为源头,以课程教学为根本,以实践能力训练为目的,经过“数字科技+控制学科”跨学科人才培养的实证分析,凸显了发挥“平台基地”协调作用在培养跨学科人才中的可复制性、普适性,是探索跨学科人才培养的一种有益探索。Discipline crossing is the main way of scientific and technological breakthrough in China,and talents are the critical re-source to promote discipline integration.To cultivate interdisciplinary talents,we must give play to the coordination effect of interdisci-plinary platforms and bases.Taking industry-education integration innovation platform and industry-education integration postgradu-ate union training base,as the coordination subject,to participate in interdisciplinary talent training,to enhance the collaboration and sustainable development of interdisciplinary talent training projects.Through the empirical analysis of"digital technology+control disci-pline"interdisciplinary talent training,taking digital technology as the guide,teachers and students as the source,curriculum teaching as the basis,and practical ability training as the purpose.It highlights the replicability and universality of giving play to the coordina-tion role of"platform base"in training interdisciplinary talents,which is a beneficial exploration for exploring interdisciplinary talent training.
