宫颈细胞学检查与活检组织病理诊断在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中实施宫颈细胞学检查及活检组织病理诊断的价值。方法 80例进行宫颈癌筛查的女性,均接受宫颈细胞学检查及活检组织病理诊断。以活检组织病理诊断结果为最终诊断结果,分析宫颈细胞学检查与活检组织病理诊断的符合率。结果 宫颈细胞学检查与活检组织病理诊断的符合率为51.25%(41/80)。结论 在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中实施宫颈细胞学检查及活检组织病理诊断均具有一定的应用价值,但是宫颈细胞学检查在宫颈病变中的诊断敏感度相对较低,容易造成疾病漏诊现象,活检组织病理诊断在宫颈癌与癌前病变中的诊断价值高,临床可联合应用宫颈细胞学检查及活检组织病理诊断。Objective To analyze the value of cervical cytology and biopsy pathology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods All 80 women who underwent cervical cancer screening received cervical cytology and biopsy pathology.The coincidence rate of cervical cytology and biopsy pathology was analyzed with the results of biopsy pathology as the final diagnosis result.Results The coincidence rate of cervical cytology and biopsy pathology was 51.25%(41/80).Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,both cervical cytology and biopsy pathology are of certain application value.However,cervical cytology has relatively low sensitivity in the diagnosis of cervical lesions,which is easy to cause missed diagnosis of diseases.The diagnostic value of biopsy pathology in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions is high,and cervical cytology and biopsy pathology diagnosis can be combined in clinical practice.
