马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方消化酶胶囊在功能性消化不良患者治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床价值。方法 38例功能性消化不良患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(18例)和研究组(20例)。对照组应用马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素17水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ及胃泌素17水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平均高于本组治疗前,胃泌素17水平低于本组治疗前,且研究组血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ水平(111.39±12.13)μg/L、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平(12.27±1.06)μg/L均高于对照组的(102.47±11.38)、(11.26±1.29)μg/L,胃泌素17水平(13.92±3.11)pmol/L低于对照组的(16.88±3.57)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为20.00%,与对照组的16.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 马来酸曲美布汀片联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗功能性消化不良患者效果显著,可改善胃蛋白酶原及胃泌素水平,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of trimebutine maleate tablets combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 38 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into control group(18 cases)and research group(20 cases)according to the random numerical table.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets,and the research group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of pepsinogen and gastrin-17,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the research group was higher than that of 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡand gastrin-17 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum pepsinogenⅠand serum pepsinogenⅡlevels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,while gastrin-17 level was lower than that before treatment in this group;the serum pepsinogenⅠof(111.39±12.13)μg/L and serum pepsinogenⅡof(12.27±1.06)μg/L in the research group were higher than those of(102.47±11.38)and(11.26±1.29)μg/L in the control group;the gastrin-17 of(13.92±3.11)pmol/L in the research group was lower than that of(16.88±3.57)pmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 20.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 16.67%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimebutine maleate tablets combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules is significantly effective for patients with functional dyspepsia,which can restore pepsinogen and gastrin levels with high safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.
